The reception: registration, visitors and opening hours.

• Upon arrival, guests must register at the reception. Are you expecting visitors? Then report your visitors during the reception opening hours. For urgent matters outside of the reception opening hours, you can make use of the intercom to the left of the reception.

• Under no condition is it permitted to pass your barrier card on to others without permission from the campsite management. Visitors are welcome on our campsite from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The receiving guest is responsible for their visitors. NB Visitors are not allowed to bring their dog.

• It is not permitted to give shelter to persons who are not registered.

• The night quiet commences at 11.00 p.m.; the barrier will then be down. The car park will remain reachable until midnight. From midnight until 6.00 a.m. access to the campsite is barred by a sliding gate. You can get access to the campsite by putting your barrier card in the card reader.

• You are kindly requested to settle the bill at reception one day prior to departure.

• Check-out is 11.00 a.m.; for rented accommodations it is 10.00 a.m.

Toilet facilities

We trust that you will keep the washing rooms neat and tidy and that you will use cold and hot running water with restraint for the sake of the environment. You are not allowed to take hot water from the washing rooms. This also goes for washing the dishes in the sinks.

• Do not let children under the age of five go to the washing room or the toilet unaccompanied.

• The ‘Spetterhuis’ is available to children under the age of six, but they must be supervised by an adult. More information and a key to the Spetterhuis are available at reception.

• Near each wash block there is a chemical toilet disposal point.

• To get hot water in the shower, press the sensor button.

• Please do not dispose of your wipes in the toilet.

Dogs

• Our campsite welcomes dogs. We have some important rules, however! Dogs must be walked off of the campsite. Poop bags are available on site. Please use the bins near the campsite entrances. When on the campsite, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash at all times.

• For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the square near the shop. You are therefore not supposed to tie your dog to a post when you go shopping.

• Near the washroom at the south side of the campsite, there is a dog shower.

• Dogs must be walked by adults only at all times.

We care about our environment!

Digging holes and such is not permitted on the campsite. Also, do not dispose of your dishwater on the grass! Leave trees and shrubs alone: do not pull off leaves or branches and do not walk through the windbreaks.

Damage done to and/or vandalisation of buildings, grounds, greenery etc. will be charged to the person or persons responsible. This also applies to burns caused by wrong use of barbecues.

Play facilities

Do not play football between the tents and caravans. There is a playing field across from campsite de Kempe.

Do not put yourself or other guests at risk when cycling on the campsite.

Do not leave rubbish behind in the youth hangout or the playground.

And last but not least:

No party tents, windscreens and/or auxiliary tents are allowed near vacant homes or caravans. Open fire is strictly prohibited. Are you building an awning? Then you are requested to refrain from putting floor covering underneath.

In the event of an extended period of drought and/or strong winds, it is not permitted to use charcoal on the fields for your barbecue, due to fire hazards. Gas-fuelled barbecues are still permitted. In addition, the barbecue must be placed in such a way that the grass is prevented from getting damaged or scorched. You can dispose of the ashes from the barbecue in the large garbage skip (not in the yard). In case of excessive rainfall, you are requested to refrain from driving across the grounds unnecessarily. Please remove any rubbish bins and rocks and such on upon your departure.

The campsite management does not assume liability for theft of or damage to the property of our guests and their visitors, or accidents our guests or their visitors may have. All people present on the site are expected to be aware of this campsite’s house rules. Any breach thereof may result in a person’s removal from the campsite. We use cameras to guard your property as well as our own.
